Sited just feet from the shoreline, this residence truly embraces the surrounding natural beauty by drawing it inside. A whole house renovation changed this once closed floor plan to a serene, open and light filled oasis.
The challenge was to reconcile seven levels into a cohesive flow of spaces while honoring its venerable 1970’s roots.
The updated interiors bring a new life and vibrance to the home and matches the personality of its current inhabitants. Textures, rich natural materials and color highlight the best of this home’s history. Curated artwork, custom lighting and furniture compliment the dramatic interiors.
