Initially prompted by a need to resolve a leak from an attic skylight, the design journey evolved significantly during an early walk-through, revealing the homeowners’ desire to enhance their entire living experience.

The couple envisioned revitalizing the third floor for guest accommodations, augmenting natural light throughout the home, and optimizing the east-facing views of Lake Washington.
