Washington Park
Set within the picturesque tree lined streets of Washington Park, this major renovation of a historic 1904 Seattle residence epitomizes a seamless integration of modern functionality and classic charm. Initially prompted by a need to resolve a leak from an attic skylight, the design journey evolved significantly during an early walk-through, revealing the homeowners’ desire to enhance their entire living experience.
The couple envisioned revitalizing the third floor for guest accommodations, augmenting natural light throughout the home, and optimizing the east-facing views of Lake Washington. As discussions progressed, it became clear that their aspirations encompassed a holistic transformation, reflecting their way of life.
